The article presents information about ruling of the U. S. Supreme Court on the Jacobson v. Massachusetts case in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The ruling has established foundational public health law and contributed ways on how to interpret and apply the constitutional law. The court formulated four standards for the police to exercise its powers for public health purposes. |
