The article presents views of several U.S. remote control model retailers regarding their retail sales in 2005 and the influence of gasoline prices on their sales. L. R. Earl of Utah stated that gasoline prices have had a big impact on distances traveled. Betty Jean Skelton of Oregon also blames the higher credit card interest for the declining sales. Nancy Harwager of Alaska disclosed that sales have been just a bit slower in 2005 compared to 2004. |
