The article focuses on the impact of the growth of aging population on clinical patient care. The burgeoning older populations would lead to some changes in the traditional medical care. Functional assessment must be carried out by clinicians, particularly in primary care and specialty settings. Life expectancy must be considered in the diagnosis. |
