The article presents a speech by S. J. Knezevich, associate secretary of the American Association of School Administrators, delivered at the meeting of the National Conference of Professors of Educational Administration in Bloomington, Indiana, August 26, 1966. Knezevich discusses various issues confronting school administration such as the growth and proliferation of institutions of higher learning preparing school administrators, concern over quality of education, criticisms of superintendents and principals, the proposed establishment of new preparation programs for school administrators. |
