| Abstrakt: |
The article analyzes the serum and blister fluid (BF) cytokines and complement proteins in a patient with henoch schönlein purpura (HSP) and with bullous skin rash. A case involving an adult with HSP and with widespread bullous skin lesions is discussed. The analysis revealed that the raised levels of soluble CD23 in BF suggest regulated humoral immunity in the cutaneous lesions of HSP. |
