The article presents information the Section 601 of the Henry J. Hyde United Nations Reform Act of 2005 which is about certifications and withholding of contributions submitted to the U.S. Senate on June 20, 2005. It outlines policy on alternate certification mechanism. The percentage of the contributions of the U.S. to the regular assessed budget of the United Nations for a biennial period is also indicated. It also provides information on a special rule on a certification under section 11 of the United Nations Participation Act of 1945. |
