The article presents a research on the diet preferences of Litopenaeus vannamei. Overall diet attractiveness was evaluated using Analysis of Variance and Tukey's post hoc test. Majority of the shrimps preferred bacteria slurries. The commercial diet (CMF) was preferred above the aerobic slurry. It is not possible to give a final conclusion whether the shrimp preferred anaerobically or aerobically produced bacteria. Even though the bacterial products were less attractive than CMF as diet for shrimp, they were still attractive as diet. |
