Abstrakt: This article focuses on the perceptions of school administrators on social capital and the success of continuing higher education in the U.S. Campus administrators generally agree that the optimal amount of community involvement is more than one person can cover. They note that contact is only the first step and that to pay dividends, relationships must be developed.
