The article reports on the executive education programs offered by Duke University's Fugua School of Business in Durham, North Carolina, which are meant for executive managers. It is indicated that these education programs win corporate customers as a changing business environment demands managers to be more flexible, competitive, and globally oriented. One of the managers who took advantage to tailor programs for corporate customers was John A. Rapp, the 47-year-old U.S. Postal Service manager. |
