This article talks about the research on development and educational significance of projective techniques in personality measurement. A number of books and articles describing and illustrating projective techniques appeared during the three year interval indicates the increasing interest and use of this procedures. Increasing efforts were made to improve on the reliability of the methods and to investigate their validity, their underlying hypothesis and the effect of varying the procedure upon the product. More investigation of the relationship of projective techniques to each other and to the life history data would seem to be indicated. |
