Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the effective strategy of computer dealer Robert W. Crowell for his company, New England Electronics Co. (NEECO). His strategy is to keep overhead costs low and sell at low prices. Overhead costs are kept to a minimum by not having a network of retail outlets. Sixty salespeople from his Canton, Massachusetts, headquarters go out and target the big corporations. |
