Abstrakt: | The article reports that the sales of imported cars in the U.S. as of July 1987 is down. As of the period, there are 603,000 53 days of supply of unsold auto imports as compared to 1986's 423,000 or 37 days' supply. The sluggish sales is attributed to the new incentives given by the government to U.S. automobile makers to increase sales. |
