Abstrakt: Focuses on the contribution of Muslim warrior saint Syed Salar Masud Gazi in the Turkish conquest of North India. Information that main motive of Gazi's raids, in the beginning of the 11th century, was decoy of treasures and gold; Claim of historian Mohammad Habib that the Muslims were less the descendants of the Turkish conquerors than existent converted natives of the classes of artisans; Information that Gazi' historical tale doesn't officially exist in the history but his popularity is huge.
