The author reflects on the revitalization of the city of Newark in New Jersey. The author said that after a decade of stagnation, Newark's local corporate leaders are starting to bring about their own changes through a combined effort they call Renaissance Newark Inc. According to the author, Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson needs a stronger commitment from the business community to build new industry and revive the city. |
