Abstrakt: Single crystals of the Zn0.97Cd0.03As2 solid solution are prepared, and their structure is determined by x-ray diffraction. The incorporation of Cd into ZnAs2 has no effect on its lattice parameters (to within the error of determination). Cd is shown to occupy interstitial sites in the solid solution.
