Abstrakt: A study conducted at Nagoya University found that males tend to have higher psychological readiness to return to sports after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction compared to females. The research, which included 11 reports and a total of 2618 participants, revealed that both males and females exceeded the recommended psychological readiness levels necessary to return to sports. The findings suggest a slight difference in psychological readiness between genders approximately 9 months post-ACL surgery. [Extracted from the article]
