Abstrakt: |
The article presents an assessment of the quality of speech transmission in an operational-technological communication network in railway transport with packet switching for a configuration with dispatcher and executor consoles, and for a configuration with a dispatcher console and executor telephone sets. As a result, an analysis of the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) method for assessing service quality was conducted for subscribers of operational-technological communications in railway transport. However, for practical application, the E-model was adopted, based on the calculation of R factors and used codecs (G.711 and G.729), and also depending on the type of dispatch circle.
