The article discusses the features of manufacturing the "Cartridge lifting bowl" part by the WAAM method with subsequent machining. The problems that can be encountered in the printing and processing process are identified, and ways to solve them are proposed. Optimal printing strategies have been selected to avoid various defects in welded joints. A promising strategy for manufacturing a part with a cellular structure made of bimetallic composite ER70S6 - ER309LSI was also considered, which helped to facilitate the design without significant loss of strength characteristics.
