Abstrakt:	The article discusses two cases of multiple onychomatricomas affecting the fingers on both hands. Onychomatricoma is a rare benign fibroepithelial tumor that originates from the nail matrix and actively produces a nail plate. The patients described in the cases provided written informed consent for publication, and the diagnosis was confirmed through dermatoscopy, imaging techniques, and pathological examination.
