The article focuses on the management of a pediatric patient with paraneoplastic opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome and stage L2 neuroblastoma. Topics include the diagnostic process using chest CT, scintigraphy, and other imaging techniques, the importance of visualizing the Adamkiewicz artery to prevent neurological complications, and the successful surgical resection of the tumor without post-operative complications. |
