A study conducted at the University of Hong Kong developed a mobile app-based rehabilitation program called "THRIVE" to support breast cancer survivors on hormonal therapy. The program aimed to improve physical activity, medication adherence, and health-related quality of life. The study found that the program demonstrated good feasibility, with high recruitment and adherence rates, and improvements in cognitive function, future perspective, and psychological well-being among participants.
