Researchers at Henan University of Technology in Zhengzhou, China, have developed a new multichannel antibacterial 3D@2D membrane for water treatment using metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) grown on graphene. The membrane demonstrated high dye rejection, permeability to inorganic salts, and stability in operation, along with excellent antibacterial properties. This research highlights the effectiveness of the 3D and 2D material structure with specific channels, making the membranes highly versatile for various applications. [Extracted from the article] |
