Abstrakt: The article presents a study which examined the biochemical profiles of Penicillium polonicum (PSC3) and Aspergillus niger (PSC5), focusing on their protein content, protease activity, and calcium concentration to understand factors affecting enzymatic efficiency. Topics discussed include sample preparation and protein extraction, gel preparation and electrophoresis, and calcium concentration in samples PSC5 and PSC3.
