Abstrakt: In the changing profile of corporate education and learning, corporate universities are a major force for aiding organizations to actively embrace technological change and upgrade their human capital. This study not only reflects the current trends of corporate university in the company but also lays the foundation for understanding the factors influencing companies' development.
