Abstrakt: The foot's main function is to provide the force and support needed for bipedal movement, which enables the body to carry out different locomotor duties throughout the day. A medical anomaly known as flatfoot deformity is defined by an arch that has been compressed on the plantar foot's medial border, where the entire sole of the foot almost entirely touches the ground. If an insufficient weight distribution is identified early on in the patient's course, severe damage to the knees and lower back can be avoided. Deep learning techniques have been applied in many research to solve a wide range of issues, and they have also been employed in the development of numerous computer-aided diagnosis systems to identify a wide range of diseases. The significance of detecting flatfoot in the early stage for proper correction and different deep learning techniques for the detection and classification of foot deformities is analysed in this paper.
