Abstrakt: The dielectric characteristics of 40P2O5–(21 − x) Na2O–38ZnO–x Co3O4–1CuO were examined, with x = 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The dielectric parameters' frequency and composition dependencies were investigated and discussed. The real part of the dielectric constant (RPDC) ranges from 3.71235 to 7.20353 for the Max and 3.59387 to 6.90783 for the Min. The imaginary part of dielectric constant (IPDC) has a range of values ranging from 0.03467 to 0.09617 for IPDC Max and 0.04002 to 0.09386 for IPDC Min. The RPDCs activity was observed to vary when the Co3O4 level increased. Thus, a modest amount of Co3O4 induces a drop in IPDC until the Co3O4 content reaches 3 mol%, following which it increases.
