The article discusses a case of Schamberg's Purpura with an unusual distribution on the genitalia, gluteal, and axillary creases in a 46-year-old man. The patient had no history of trauma, infection, or medication use apart from anti-dyslipidemic drugs. Treatment with hydrocortisone butyrate cream led to marked improvement after one month, with continued clearance of lesions at the 6-month follow-up.
