The article describes the case of a 43-year-old male presented with chief complaint of new onset snoring. Topics discussed include findings on the computerized tomography (CT) imaging of the neck, operation performed on the patient, and the use of an ultrasonic surgical aspirator to enhance the safety and efficiency in a lateral thyrotomy approach. |
