Abstrakt: The development of development in Indonesia which continues to increase, of course, also increases the need for ready-mix concrete as a construction material. so that good quality is needed so that consumer demand can be met. This study will examine the level of product quality and service quality at ready mix companies PT. A and PT. B ready mix companies in Pasuruan using the Six Sigma method and questionnaires. The results of the analysis at the company. At the company PT. A obtained a DPMO value of 68,000 which means that 1,000,000 times making test objects will produce 68,000 failed products or have a probability of failure of 6.8% with a sigma value of 2,996. In the company PT. B obtained a DPMO value of 65,000 which means that in 00,000 times making test objects will produce failed products or have a probability of damage of 6.5% with a sigma value of 3.012. From the results of the analysis of questionnaire data that has been conducted at the company PT. A ready mix in Pasuruan with 50 respondents the results of the regression equation obtained at PT. A as follows Y = 7,725 - 0.019 X1 + 0.531 X2 + 0.108 X3 + 0.940X4. While at the company PT. B, with 30 respondents the results of the regression equation obtained at PT.
