Abstrakt: A study conducted at Yarmouk University in Jordan focused on using niosomes as carriers for anti-c-myc siRNA to reduce cancer cell growth in MCF-7 cells. The niosomes were found to effectively deliver the siRNA, resulting in a significant reduction in c-myc mRNA expression and subsequent cancer cell growth. The research concluded that niosomes can serve as suitable carriers for siRNA delivery in cancer gene therapy. [Extracted from the article]
