Abstrakt:	Researchers at Shanghai Jiao Tong University have reported new data on gallbladder cancer, highlighting the role of super-enhancers in driving aberrant transcription in this aggressive malignancy. The study identified SOX9 and TCF7L2 as key transcription factors driving oncogenic super-enhancer reprogramming in a subset of gallbladder cancer cells, which are associated with poorer prognosis.
