Abstrakt: When waste enters the philosophical field, no doubt under pressure from environmental risks, it contributes to the democratic and inclusive ideal of philosophy by elevating the lowly, the despised, the crumbled to the dignity of an object of thought. So waste would determine a different way of doing philosophy, without ignoring the global, necessary, inevitable existence of waste, or the dimension of our individual and collective lives that consists of wearing out, using, breaking, ageing, innovating, throwing away and abandoning our assets in the landfill, the immense graveyard of things that no longer offer themselves to any hand. There are two initial paths to this project: that of an ontology, and that of an ecology. Sloterdijk would be the name of the first; Harpet and Dagognet of the second. But the entry of waste into the philosophical field poses another problem, that of the relationship between the valued and the despised, the high and the low, the major and the minor. Does the democratic ideal consist solely in including the minor in a game of forces with a majority destiny? [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
