Abstrakt: The article discusses the implementation of the Cy GROW program at Iowa State University, aimed at enhancing the student employment experience through reflection and conversation. Supervisors engage in structured conversations with student employees to help them connect their academic learning with their work experiences. The pilot program showed positive outcomes, with participating students reporting higher satisfaction with their jobs and increased likelihood of returning. Challenges such as supervisor participation and student engagement were noted, with plans in place to address them for future implementation.
