Abstrakt:	The article focuses on a case of minocycline-induced bone hyperpigmentation in a woman with a history of craniotomy and surgical site infection. Topics include the potential effects of long-term minocycline use on bone discoloration, the clinical presentation and management of this condition, and the histopathological findings that ruled out infection or necrosis.
