Abstrakt:	Researchers at Auburn University have developed an improved in vitro 3T3-L1 adipocyte model to study inflammation and insulin resistance. By modulating treatment time with tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a) and hypoxia, they were able to induce inflammation and insulin resistance while reducing cell death. This study offers a modified approach to modeling adipocyte inflammation and insulin resistance, providing valuable insights for future research in this area.
