Abstrakt:	Researchers from the University of Nigeria conducted a study on commercial day-old chicks in Nigeria and found that they are potential reservoirs of colistin- and tigecycline-resistant E. coli. The study aimed to isolate resistant strains from the chicks, assess their pathogenic potentials, and determine if they produce certain enzymes.
