Abstrakt: A study conducted by researchers at Sao Paulo State University (UNESP) focused on Bisphenol A (BPA) contamination and estrogenic activity in the Paraiba do Sul River in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The research highlighted the presence of BPA in 50% of the samples, with concentrations ranging from 11.1 to 116.9 ng L-1, as well as estrogenic activity in the samples.
