Abstrakt: | Researchers from Shandong University in China conducted a study on gastric cancer, focusing on the role of exosomal miRNA-128-3p in promoting angiogenesis by targeting SASH1. The study found that miR-128-3p was highly expressed in serum exosomes from gastric cancer patients and enhanced angiogenesis in human umbilical vein endothelial cells. This research sheds light on the potential diagnostic and therapeutic value of cancer-derived exosomal miR-128-3p and provides new insights into molecular mechanisms regulating metastasis. The study offers valuable information for understanding the progression of gastric cancer and identifying new therapeutic targets. [Extracted from the article] |
