Abstrakt: | Researchers at McGill University have published a new study on mesenchymal stem cells, focusing on the isolation and adipogenic differentiation of murine mesenchymal stem cells harvested from macrophage-depleted bone marrow and adipose tissue. The study provides a detailed procedural guide for isolating and characterizing these cells, as well as differentiating them into adipocytes. The research aims to contribute to the understanding of adipogenesis and the biological behavior of these stem cells. The study was funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and is available in the journal Adipocyte. [Extracted from the article] |
