Abstrakt: The article explores the relationship between disc-foveal angle and retinal layers in cyclovertical strabismic subjects using fundus photography and optical coherence tomography. The study found that ocular torsion can lead to changes in retinal layers, particularly in the retinal nerve fiber layer and macular thickness. The research included 53 cyclovertical strabismic eyes of 30 patients, with findings indicating variations in retinal layer changes due to ocular torsion. The study highlights the importance of clinical evaluation in diagnosing and managing cyclovertical strabismus, emphasizing the need for further research on this topic in the Indian subcontinent.
