The article presents McSherry's mathematical model, which takes into account the presence of heredity. The model describes an artificial electrocardiogram (ECG) - electrical impulses of the heart similar to oscillations. The effect of heredity is determined by the dependence of the current state of the system under consideration on its previous states and is described using integro-differential equations, in particular, using fractional derivatives. The article proposes a numerical algorithm for solving the proposed model, based on a nonlocal explicit finite-difference scheme of first order accuracy. The algorithm was released in a computer program in the MAPLE language, with the help of which the results of simulating an artificial ECG for a healthy person were visualized. It is shown that the orders of fractional derivatives make it possible to more flexibly simulate artificial ECGs at the same time, the morphology of PQRST is preserved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
