Abstrakt:	The article discusses the efficacy of vonoprazan-based dual and triple therapy compared to lansoprazole-based triple therapy in treating Helicobacter pylori infection. The study found that vonoprazan-based therapies were generally consistent in effectiveness across various patient characteristics such as age, sex, race, and compliance with the study drug. Factors like clarithromycin resistance, age, compliance, and alcohol use were found to influence eradication rates.
