The article examines the popularity of Type B tubular LED (TLED) lamps in the education sector. Topics discussed include advantages offered by Type B TLED, safety concerns of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) related to the wrong lamp being installed which became reality at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), and one challenge facing lighting specificiers, including schools. |
