The Cohen Veterans Network has received a grant from Face the Fight to enhance suicide prevention efforts for military-affiliated women. This project aims to address the higher suicide rates among military women compared to civilian women, particularly focusing on firearm use in suicide attempts. By conducting research, creating training modules, and launching a public awareness campaign, the project seeks to bridge the gap between research and clinical practice to improve mental health care for military-affiliated women.
