Abstrakt: The authors discuss a problem of ensuring the optimal temperature conditions of the technological process for obtaining transparent conductive coatings using spray pyrolysis. To solve this problem, a system of automatic control of the substrate temperature is proposed, which, unlike previously used "manual" temperature setting methods, ensures the required accuracy of maintaining the substrate temperature along with minimal temperature gradient across the substrate surface. This allows achieving ideal temperature conditions for the evaporation of aerosol droplets during the pyrolysis process. Functionally, the developed automatic control system consists of an automatic temperature controller, a power regulator, an infrared heater with halogen lamps, and a temperature sensor. A variational problem of minimizing energy consumption when turning on the infrared heater has been solved. To eliminate surge currents, it is proposed to optimize the heater activation conditions. The proposed automatic control system has been synthesized and analyzed, including the calculation of its time and frequency characteristics. Acceptable response speed, zero static control error, zero overshoot, and significant phase and amplitude stability margins have been confirmed. The application of such automatic temperature control system contributes to the creation of optimal evaporation conditions for aerosol droplets, as well as stabilizes the substrate temperature and temperature gradient, thereby ensuring the stability of the characteristics of the resulting films. The studied transparent conductive coatings are used in adjustable transparency glasses and as layers in solar cells. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
