Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the impact of heterogeneous plaque deposition on computed tomography-derived fractional flow reserve (FFRCT) in coronary artery disease. Topics include the analysis of plaque components and their relationship to lumen volume, the effect of low-attenuation plaque and calcified plaque on hemodynamics, and how computational fluid dynamics can be affected by artifacts from calcified plaque, leading to overestimation of FFRCT.
