Polypropylene cast film (CPP) can be used alone for food, clothing, daily necessities, and other packaging after printing and making bags. Through the design of four factors and three levels of orthogonal tests, the effects of the main antioxidant, auxiliary antioxidant, nucleating agent, halogen absorbent four factors on the oxidation induction period of the medium modulus polypropylene aluminized film core special material were investigated. After determining the optimum amount of additives, the medium modulus polypropylene aluminized film core special material CPP-A was prepared, and the structural properties of CPP-A products and commercially available CPP-B were compared and analyzed. The results show that the melt flow rate of CPP-A is 7.9 g/10 min, the flexural modulus is 1 549 MPa, the impact strength (23 °C) of simply supported beam is 3.89 kJ/m², the tensile yield stress is 36.6 MPa, the weight average molecular weight is more than 300 000, the polymer dispersity index (PDI) is 4.15, and the crystallinity is 52.37%. Infrared results show that the product is homopolymerized polypropylene. XRD results show that the main crystal form of the polypropylene is α crystal form. The film performance test shows that the product performance meets the requirements of the special material for polypropylene aluminized film core layer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
