Abstrakt: The article discusses the importance of accurately predicting survival in patients with metastatic bone disease to guide treatment decisions. Two survival prediction tools, SORG-MLA and METSSS, have been developed to improve outcomes for patients with long-bone metastases. The study validates SORG-MLA as a more effective tool for survival estimation and treatment decisions in Asian patients, emphasizing the need for further research and validation in clinical settings.
