Abstrakt: The aim of the current research is to provide a supply chain sustainability model using blockchain technology based on an innovative strategy in the food industry. This study is cross-sectional and mixed research in terms of practical purpose, in terms of time frame of data collection. The participants of the qualitative part include theoretical and experimental experts, 21 of whom were selected in a purposeful way until reaching theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part, the views of 135 managers and experts of companies active in the country's food industry were used. The data collection tools are semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. The validity of the qualitative part was evaluated and confirmed according to Lincoln and Goba's view. The reliability of the qualitative part was estimated as 0.652 based on the Holstein formula. To measure the validity of the questionnaire, convergent validity and divergent validity, combined reliability and Cronbach's alpha were used. Data analysis was done in the qualitative part with the foundation data method and MAXQDA software, and in the quantitative part with the partial least squares method and SMART PLS software. Based on the paradigm model of the research, it was determined that the causal conditions (stable suppliers, sustainable management, sustainable culture and customer orientation) affect the central phenomenon (sustainability of the supply chain). Background conditions (Blockchain technical platforms and Blockchain management platforms) provide the necessary platform and together with intervening conditions (Blockchain obstacles in the supply chain) affect strategies and actions (innovative strategy). Finally, it was found that the mentioned strategy leads to consequences (environmental sustainability, economic sustainability and social sustainability). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
