This article discusses a case of allergic cheilitis in a 52-year-old woman from Italy, attributed to stannous fluoride in her toothpaste. The patient experienced lip swelling, blisters, and redness, which improved upon discontinuing the toothpaste. Patch tests confirmed the diagnosis, highlighting the importance of considering toothpaste ingredients in cases of recurrent lip dermatitis.
